This is one of my favorites, I called it ROLL YOUR KINDNESS DICE!
Here's the rules: - Roll a dice, read the number, and carry out the corresponding act of kindness:
1. Give a honest compliment to someone 2. Write a positive note to a friend or a family member 3. Check in with someone who you haven’t seen or heard from for a while 4. Say ‘Thank You’ to someone who did something good for you 5. Practice self-kindness writing down 5 things you’re grateful for 6. Send a text to a friend just to let them know you’re thinking of them (even better if you have a photo of you two together to attach)
- Repeat as many times as you want
(Variations: if you don’t have a dice at hand, just think of a number between 1 and 6!)
Super easy! And... EVERYBODY WINS!
